According to preliminary statistics from the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China, the total import and export volume of cross-border e-commerce in China reported an increase of 10.8% year-on-year, reaching RMB2.63 trillion in 2024. Over the past five years, China’s cross-border e-commerce trade has expanded by more than tenfold, highlighting the potential scale of its underlying servicing demand.
